Closing Costs Associated With Title & Recording Are Free! And, No Hidden Fees of Any Kind! That Means…
The price agreed upon is the TOTAL price you pay.
As “For Sale By Owner”, I feel it’s right for me to pay for the following closing costs so you don’t have to. You should get a deal when you buy “For Sale By Owner”, and so you will!
I don’t like paying hidden fees or extra costs either, so they won’t be passed on to you.
That’s right! I will pay for closing costs that include the following:
- Title company fees,
- Title insurance fees, and
- Recording fees.
Remember, the price we agree to is the total price you’ll pay!
The process of purchasing land from me is very easy too. Here are the steps:
- We agree to a purchase price, and I’ll have a buy-sell agreement drawn up which we both sign. This document will also include a closing date.
- I’ll work with the title company to get all the paperwork and legal documents in order. You will be emailed a preliminary title commitment produced by the title company. You can continue to sit back and relax knowing the closing documents will be emailed to you for closing. You’ll also get personal service through this process to ensure any questions you may have are answered and the process is communicated to you along the way.
- We close with signatures on the closing documents. This is typically done via email and scanning documents. There’s no need to go in to the title company to sign unless you want to.
Yes, it really is as simple as 1-2-3. That’s the beauty of buying “For Sale By Owner”. AND, it includes the bonus of free closing costs. You can’t go wrong buying your Montana dream!

If you are looking for your own Montana, Steve and Buy Montana Land is your answer. We just closed on a beautiful property near Helena and it’s more than we had hoped for. We had been looking for affordable, buildable and scenic property in Washington state, Idaho, Oregon and Montana for 18 months. No luck. The land was either too remote, unrealistic to build on and/or way too expensive. We also were looking for owner-financed property if possible, as that would make the process faster and more affordable. I went to Google and up popped Buy-Montana-Land and my search was over.
