If you are looking for your own Montana, Steve and Buy Montana Land is your answer.  We just closed on a beautiful property near Helena and it’s more than we had hoped for. We had been looking for affordable, buildable and scenic property in Washington state, Idaho, Oregon and Montana for 18 months. No luck. The land was either too remote, unrealistic to build on and/or way too expensive. We also were looking for owner-financed property if possible, as that would make the process faster and more affordable. I went to Google and up popped Buy-Montana-Land and my search was over. I was excited to see the types and variety of properties listed. I immediately called Steve Kamps and we talked for 15 minutes about what we were looking for and what he had listed. I initially spotted a 50 acre parcel and we set a date to look at the land. In the mean time, I called Steve again (probably 10 times) and told him we need a year around property and he told me he had another location that may be what we wanted, but wasn’t listed yet. We checked out the first spot and it was exactly as described on the website but we were looking for that ‘million dollar view’. We drove about an hour south and walked through the snow and over deadfall trees and up to the top of the ridge.
